Anna opened the nursery on September 1st 2015. She holds a NVQ level 5 within Childcare in Leadership and Management. Anna is the designated safeguarding lead and fire marshal. Anna holds a Paediatric First Aid Certificate and food hygiene level 2. Anna is also forest schools trained.

Manager

Jess has been part of the nursery family since September 1st 2015. Jess holds a NVQ level 5 within Childcare in Leadership and Management. Jess is deputy safeguarding lead and fire marshal. Jess holds a Paediatric First Aid Certificate and food hygiene level 2.

Jane joined our family in October 2021. Jane holds a level 3 early years qualification. Jane has safeguarding lead training, Paediatric First Aid and other relevant training.

Chantelle joined our family in November 2015. Chantelle holds a level 3 in childcare. Chantelle holds Paediatric First Aid, Child Protection Certificates and Level 2 in Food Safety in catering. Chantelle is our settings Early Help Advisor.

Teresa joined our family in February 2019 and holds a level 3 in childcare. Teresa holds a Paediatric First Aid Certificate and child protection.

Karuna joined our family in April 2019. Karuna is level 3 qualified in childcare. Karuna also holds a child protection certificate, food hygiene, paediatric first aid, child protection, FGM and prevent.

Ellie joined our family in December 2018 and holds a degree in early years. Ellie holds a Paediatric First Aid Certificate and child protection, Prevent, FGM, manual handling and food hygiene.

Lesley joined our family in May 2018 and holds a degree in early years. Lesley holds a Paediatric First Aid Certificate and child protection. Lesley is also one of our Early Help Advisors.

Kieanne joined our family in 2019. Kieanne holds a level 3 in early years. Kieanne holds a Paediatric First Aid Certificate, child protection, food hygiene, FGM, prevent.

Leanne joined the family in June 2024. She holds a level 2 within childcare, with paediatric first aid, child protection, food hygiene, and manual handling

Issy joined us in 2023 as a student. She holds a level 3 in childcare, Paediatric First Aid, safeguarding and other relevant training.

Rachel joined our family on June 2024. She holds a Level 6 & 3 within childcare. Rachel has paedatric first aid, safeguarding inter-agency level 3, sexual abuse & recognising grooming, child sexual exploitation, fire marshal, domestic abuse, FGM, prevent, radicalisation, dealing with stressful situations & resilience. She had previously worked at a nursery as a Manager.

Amy joined our Greenwoods family in April 2021. Amy had previously worked at Bicknor bears for 10 years. Amy holds a level 3 qualification in early years. Amy holds a Paediatric First Aid Certificate and child protection.

Izzy joined our family as a student in July 2021 then as a practitioner in July 2022. She holds a level 3 in childcare, Paediatric First Aid certificate, child protection and food hygiene level 2.

Natalie joined us in 2024. Natalie has worked in childcare for 8 years. Natalie holds a level 3 within childcare, First Aid, DSL Safeguarding, food hygiene. Natalie previously worked at local day nursery as Deputy Manager.

Nikita joined us in January 2022. She holds a CACHE level 3 in childcare. Paediatric First aid, child protection and food hygiene level 2.

Bryony joined our family in March 2017. Bryony holds a degree in early years, Paediatric First Aid Certificate, child protection and food hygiene level 2.

Natasha has joined our family in January 2022. Natasha has a CACHE level 2 and holds a level 3 in childcare. Natasha has Paediatric First aid, child protection and food hygiene certificates.

Charley started with us as a student in September 2019. Charley holds a level 3 in childcare, Room Lead training & Inspirational baby training, DSL safeguarding, food hygiene, Charley has Paediatric First Aid.

Lexi has just joined our family in February 2022. She is working towards her level 3 within childcare. She has Safeguarding training, First Aid training, Food hygiene and exemplary practice with babies.

Estelle joined our family in July 2023. Estelle holds BA (hons) in Early Childhood studies, Forest schools Leader level 3, Paediatric First Aid, and child protection training and other relevant training.

Nicky has worked within childcare for around 10 years. She holds a NVQ level 3, first aid, food hygiene and safeguarding training. Nicky previously worked at the Pre-school Little Acorns at Berry Hill school.

Wayne (Anna’s husband) and looks after all the maintenance for the two sites. He holds First Aid, Risk Assessment, Food hygiene, Fire safety, Asbestos awareness, Environmental Safety. He is also a retained Fire Fighter for Coleford Station.
